2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on May 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 11, 2026(the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

A. Access to the Registration Platform

Participants may access the official promotion platform (the “Website”) through:

1. QR Codesdisplayed on in-store promotional materials (“POP”).
2. Official linkspublished on the social media channels of the participating brands—Fud, La Chona, Los Altos, Mucho Gusto, and Bar-S—or other authorized digital media.

Both methods direct participants to the same Website, where they can register, upload purchase receipts, view weekly prizes, access the list of winners, and review these Official Rules.

B. Registration

To enter, participants must complete the online registration form by providing their full name, email address, zip code, city and phone number. Upon successful submission, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly drawing.

C. Bonus Entry with Purchase

Participants who purchase any product from the participating brands may upload a clear and legible photo of their purchase receipt to receive one (1) additional entry into the same weekly drawing.

D. Receipt Validation and Audit

All submitted receipts are subject to verification and audit by the Sponsor or Administrator. Receipts must be authentic, legible, and correspond to eligible products purchased during the Sweepstakes Period. Any receipt deemed invalid, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or non-compliant will result in the disqualification of the participant and removal of all associated entries.

E. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning, except for the additional bonus entry described above.

F. Entry Limits

Limit of two (2) entries per person per week: one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry with a valid purchase receipt.

5. Weekly Drawings

• Eleven (11) weekly random drawings will be conducted during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Each drawing will take place on the Sunday following the close of the corresponding weekly entry period.
• For each weekly drawing, fifty (50) winners and twenty (20) alternate winners will be selected at random.
• If fewer than fifty (50) eligible participants are received in any week, the number of prizes awarded may be reduced accordingly.
• Drawings will be conducted using digital randomization tools and may be documented on video for transparency.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

A total of up to 550 prizes will be awarded, with an approximate total retail value (ARV) of $32,000 USD.

• The distribution of prize tiers will be determined randomly and may vary weekly.
• Tier AAA prizes will be shipped directly to the winners.
• Promotional images are illustrative only, and the following legend applies:

“Prizes may consist of physical products or digital gift cards depending on the assigned tier. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and prizes may vary in brand, model, or availability.”

7. Winner Notification and Verification

• Potential winners will be notified via emailand, at the Sponsor’s discretion, text message (SMS).
• If Sponsor uses text messaging, winners are responsible for any fees or charges associated with such messaging.
• The Sponsor or Administrator will make up to two (2) attempts to contact each potential winner.
• Winners must respond and provide the required information within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
• If a winner does not receive or fails to respond to the confirmation email for any reason, including spam filters or incorrect contact information, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it may be awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Prize Fulfillment and Shipping (Tier AAA)

• Winners must provide accurate shipping information within seven (7) calendar days.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier confirms delivery.
• The Sponsor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation.
• If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may attempt one (1) additional shipment or reassign the prize.
• Replacement shipments will only occur in cases of:

• Error attributable to the Sponsor or Administrator; or
• Confirmed carrier failure.

9. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer (e.g., Amazon).
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of the gift cards.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for the Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions related to the Website, QR codes, or social media links.
• Entries generated by automated or fraudulent means will be disqualified.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Entrants agree that:

1. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
3. Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses, excluding attorneys’ fees.
4. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
5. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Privacy

16. Winners List

The list of winners will be available on the Website during and after the Sweepstakes Period. Requests for a winners list must be submitted within ninety (90) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period by contacting the Sponsor at the address listed above.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook®, Instagram®, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to these platforms. Each entrant releases such platforms from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.

18. Official Rules

These Official Rules will be available on the Website throughout the Sweepstakes Period. They may not be reprinted or republished in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the Sponsor.
